When I tried it, it was very hard to pedal.
I tried different levels on the control panel but the resistance did not change.
(I could hear a motor running in the rear, each time I made an adjustment.)
It was a gift for my daughter, and when she did a Google on "Hard to pedal proform" or something like that, she found many people who said they love it, but it's hard to pedal.???
Each call totech support required 20-30 minutes on hold.
After trying their advice twodifferent times, we asked for a technician to be sent out on the third call.
Threee weeks later the tech came out, and declared the machine "unrepairable".
We've yet to see how this will be handled, but my daughter does not want a replacement.
She's ready totry another brand.
WE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE!!!
